As we all know, Women-owned businesses are transforming communities, and we can help boost their visibility. Let’s support, celebrate, and uplift women entrepreneurs in your community / around us ! Together we all can support women-owned businesses to create a world-wide impact ! Let’s champion them via Maps and our Local Guides program !

How to Join the Challenge :

1. Support Women-Owned Businesses via Maps: Discover, review, rate, and add photos to women-owned businesses to help them stand out.
2. Support via Meet-ups/Posts on Local Guides Connect: Host meet-ups or share posts on Connect to promote women entrepreneurs.

Here are few Meet-up Ideas:
mobile_phone_with_arrow: Women-Owned Business Discovery Walk : Organize an in-person walk to explore and review local women-owned businesses.
Map Impact Session: Host a map editing meet-up to update and highlight women-led spots on Google Maps.
Picture the Power: Do a photo walk to capture and share photos of inspiring women-owned places to inspire others.
Café & Cuisine Crawl: Explore and review unique women-owned restaurants, cafés, and eateries on Maps and share your story on Connect
Virtual Support Circle: Host an online meet-up to brainstorm ways to uplift and support women entrepreneurs in your community.

Let’s celebrate and uplift women-owned businesses by supporting them on Google Maps—one review, one photo, and one recommendation at a time !

The challenge starts today and we would keep the challenge open to participate till 30th April 2025.

To make it more interesting , a special Connect badge awaits those making a difference by supporting women in Local Guides and beyond. Celebrate impactful contributions and be part of this empowering challenge—let’s make a change together!
