Support Women Owned Businesses & Dil Se Local Challenge with Earth Hour Challenge 🪷🌍

Hy Local Guides, :lotus:

As part of an Amazing Challenge started by @AjitThite called Dil Se Local, Supporting Local Businesses during Festival Month Challenge and “Let’s Empower Women Owned Businesses on Google Maps” by @Globe_trotter_Ish, I am going to show you how Flower/petal Garland shops are important in festival months.

Store front photo of the shop.

When I visited this shop, Amma Flowers & Perfumery to buy some garlands, I noticed the shop is not on Google Maps and instantly edited it into the Maps.

I also noticed the shop is women-owned and I had a little chit-chat about how women - owners are now coming up, especially in the florist field.

In India and in a few countries, women use these flower garlands for visiting temples or for special occasions such as marriage events.

These flower or petal garland shops are important in our culture. They also use banana plant’s thread to tie up the flower garlands, which makes the garland eco-friendly and sustainable to the environment. They also use lotus plant’s leaves for wrapping up the flower garland for the customers. These Florist shops are great for the Earth Hour Challenge.

Share any florist shop that’s Women Owned to support women owned businesses on Google Maps and participating for Dil Se Challenge.

Nice post, @Rahul001 .
The floral shops are becoming seasonal shops nowadays and we should help them continue in their growth.

All things are nicely covered.

Cheers!
