- How do you think Google Maps helps you to run a successful business?
Answer : Google maps has a crucial role in my business, when we get an online enquiry the first request from our customer is to share the Maps location of our craft store. Google Maps also shows our customer’s satisfaction and their view of our service and products through reviews which we regularly check and replies.
- Do you think Reviews on Google Maps matter and why?
Answer : From what I think and believe, Google reviews are genuine. I think most people opt for a product/service on the basis of Google reviews.
