To support this initiative, we’re hosting a special meet-up in the heart of Old Delhi — Chandni Chowk — where we’ll come together to search, review, and support women-owned businesses on Google Maps. By participating and contributing during this meet-up, you will become eligible for the Connect Badge under this challenge!
Let’s team up and make an impact — together, we can all earn the badge while uplifting local women entrepreneurs.
Objectives:
This meet-up is dedicated to identifying and reviewing women-owned businesses in the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk. Our goal is to boost their visibility, celebrate their efforts, and make sure they shine on Google Maps with helpful reviews and photos.
Activities Planned:
Discover a variety of women-led businesses (shops, stalls, eateries, etc.)
Interact with business owners and hear their stories (when possible)
Take geo-tagged photos (with permission)
Write insightful and respectful reviews on Google Maps
Add accessibility information
Reflect on how Local Guides can uplift women entrepreneurs
