A doctor and digital coach, she successfully manages three e-commerce businesses, specializing in homemade baby food products.

Sukanya Abhineet: Director, Vinitas Hair and Makeup
She, alongside her family—husband and mother-in-law—manages one of Madurai’s pioneering beauty salons.

Sharmila Devi: Founder, Seven Clover Coaching Services
An NLP Clarity Coach, she leverages her expertise in Neuro-Linguistic Programming to positively impact thousands of lives.

Dr. S. Nischintha: Obstetrician and Gynecologist, AVSS Hospitals
A mother of twins, infertility specialist, and laparoscopic surgeon, she champions holistic women’s healthcare.

Akila Ramasamy: Founder, Meenakshi’s Pastry Delights

Jeya Rajesh: Founder and Correspondent, Kutties Villa
A kind and passionate educator, she runs a successful and engaging play school for kindergarten.

Ahalya Rengarajan: Managing Director, Ahalya Boutique
She plays a vital role in bringing global fashion trends to Tier 2 cities like Madurai, transforming local style.

Hema: Proprietor, Nutri Shop
A boutique store dedicated to sustainable and eco-friendly solutions. With a keen focus on wellness, Hema’s curated collection features organic and natural products, including spices, herbs, dry fruits, and nutrition essentials. It’s been a humbling learning process, as I’ve gained a deeper understanding of the unique challenges and perspectives that women entrepreneurs face, particularly in the Indian context.

What struck me most was the resilience and determination of these women, who not only navigate the usual business hurdles like procurement, sales, and HR, but also contend with societal and family pressures. Their stories have inspired me to appreciate the complexities of women’s entrepreneurship and the importance of amplifying their voices.
