Amazing local guides from Detroit, @Erna_LaBeau and @keithlabeau took me to Belle Isle last month in their lavish camper van.
It was an experience of a lifetime.
I could not decide what to admire - the interiors of the van or the wonderful scenery of the Belle Isle of Detroit 
After spending a day roaming around on the Isle, we bumped into an obscure-looking Clock Tower.
Keith had been here several times in the past. He knew about my passion for clock towers. So he decided to give me this ‘big’ little surprise.
You made my day, Keith 
The clock tower was obscure in the sense that the clock was not mounted at the top, where I kept looking, thinking that it was lost, and that only the tower remains now.
As we moved closer, the clock face showed up.
It was sitting pretty in the lower 1/5 portion.

The landscaping around the clock tower was amazing.
I spent some more time going around and admiring the beauty of the clock tower and its landscaping before gazing at it one last time.
