Behind every women-owned business is a story of courage, resilience, and determination. A dream that refused to give up. A risk that turned into opportunity. And often, a journey that needed just a little more visibility.
This March, as we approach International Women’s Day, let’s use our power as Local Guides to make that visibility intentional.
Today, I’m launching the #SupportWomenBusinessWithMaps Challenge — a month-long movement inviting all Local Guides to actively support women-owned businesses on Google Maps.
A thoughtful review.
A helpful photo.
An updated detail.
A simple rating.
These small contributions can increase discoverability, build trust, and help women entrepreneurs grow stronger within their communities.
How to Participate:
• Add a review for a women-owned business
• Upload helpful photos or videos
• Update information or answer questions
• Share your support post on Connect using #SupportWomenBusinessWithMaps and #MapsForAll. Don’t forget to tag me !
Challenge Duration: March 1 – March 31
At the end of March, I will compile and share a list of all participating Local Guides under this post to celebrate the collective impact we created together.
This challenge is open to everyone ; because when we support women in business, we strengthen entire communities.
