That’s such exciting and delivcious post @Ssiddharth2000 ji!
It’s amazing to see Indian breakfasts like Misal Pav, Paratha, and Chole Bhature getting global recognition — they truly deserve it. I personally love Chole Bhature too, such a nostalgic treat every time. Living in Mumbai for more than 13 years, I had a crush on Misal Pav.
What’s your go-to dish when you’re craving comfort food in the morning?
Thank you for appreciating my challenge @SonamW Its nice to know you love Misal Pav and Parantha. Looking forward to your participation on this interesting challenge.
Thank you for sharing these amazing experiences of tasting delicous dishes @AjitThite dada. It is a perfect post for this challenge. I had 1 doubt. I was going through a YouTube video, and one of the locals mentioned that in old and traditional Pune hotels serving Misal, they serve it with bread and not with Pav. Is it true to say that Misal and Bread are more traditional combination rather than Misal and Pav?
Thank you @NandKK for appreciating my challenge post. I am glad to see you resonate with the theme.
My favorite go to breakfast is Poha, even though I was born and raised in Delhi Sadly there are not many good restaurants in Delhi to eat poha. I am eagerly waiting to visit Pune and eat Misal. I have heard so much about it. The spicy tangy gravy, over a layer of Poha and sprinkled with Sev, with a side of Pav. Parantha is my 2nd favorite breakfast.
It’s great to know that you love to eat chole bhature for breakfast, whats your facorite place to eat it?
My favorite place to eat Chhole Bhature is Bikaji or Haldiram. Because I can trust them for the quality of ingredients used rather than a road-side hawker.
