My comforting breakfast

This is my first post on @Ssiddharth2000 best Indian breakfast challenge

The masala dosa is a delicious and satisfying breakfast option that’s both nutritious and filling.
The masala dosa is a popular South Indian breakfast dish.It consists of a thin, crispy crepe made from fermented rice and lentil batter.
The dosa is typically served with a filling of spiced potatoes, onions, and sometimes peas.
It’s accompanied by two small bowls of chutney(coconut chutney and tomato chutney)and sambar, which add flavor and texture to the dish.
The use of a banana leaf at the top of a plate adds a touch of authenticity and eco-friendliness to the presentation.

I am regular customer of Shri Aryaas restaurant.I will always order a crispy masala dosa along with a hot coffee which makes my day perfect, sometimes a hot crispy vada will be there along with this crispy dosa.I can say that this is my comfort food.I think for most of the South Indians Dosa will be there favourite breakfast, let me know in the comment section.Thank you :folded_hands:

The dosa looks tempting. Crispy masala dosa with piping filter coffee is a perfect way to start the day. One more breakfast combination I liked when I was in Chennai was Ven Pongal and Medu vada. The hot pongal paired with Sambar, and the crispy vada is a delicious breakfast option. Thank you for your participation in my challenge @Gouri.PS

What a wonderful breakfast choice, @Gouri.PS ji.

Masala dosa truly is a classic that combines flavor, tradition, and comfort all in one. The addition of the banana leaf not only adds authenticity but also shows care for the environment—love that touch!

I’m curious, have you tried any unique dosa variations or chutney flavors that surprised you recently?
