During my recent food walk, I discovered Ayodhya Chaat Bhandar, a small but super popular spot in Vadodara serving authentic North Indian chaat. I also added its timings and phone number on Google Maps so that more people can easily locate and enjoy it.
This place reminded me of the recent Local Guides challenge “3 Indian Breakfast Dishes Rated World’s Best”, dishes like Chole Bhature, Paratha, and Misal Pav are being appreciated globally for breakfast. Here, though, chaat becomes breakfast, and it’s just as satisfying.
