I don't know about you, but from what I'm seeing, the restaurant deserves a Michelin star, if it doesn't already have one. This is definitely some haute cuisine, which I'm very impressed by.
Thanks @Julien44 for sharing and for tagging me!
P.S.: If you go again, send my compliments to the chef. π
Cheers,
Klaudiya

@KlaudiyaG. they haven't any Michelin star so far. But I am sure, the could get one if they carry on like this.
I am sure I will go back as it is not far from my place. I will let you know if I manage to speak to him π

@Julien44 Outstanding! Review
You know I have been learning the restaurant and food review jargon from a restauranteur and she indicated to me that these are described as courses. e.g., a six course meal
Just though we learn together π
I also read professional food bloggers content... just a thought.

We owe it to ourselves as LGs to guide each other to becoming the best we can be. This way we present ourselves to the world we guide in an unified front.
By any chance are you a NY NJ or CT local guide?

Okay @OSAMA and all the LGs food lovers
Don't let me get away with murder π
Here is my recipe (even if I forgot to photograph it before we stated eating and had to recreate my presentation after the fact)
The Salmon did not look really great so I opted for Artic Charr Filet. I never had it before so decided to try it. To my amazement it is so light and delicate it will be my new best aliment.
Main Ingredients
Believe it or not the private label brand is as good as the brand name and a bit less expensive.
I like spending my resources where it counts π
