A highlighted "OFFERS" section in section updates

In the desktop view, I can't find these relavant section so I based this idea solely upon the mobile app view. But in my photos, I used components on desktop; web view. (Since for me it's easier to edit)

If I were to say this idea in a simple & quick way...that would be the following image.

 At first glance, I believe it would be meh...uh... feeling but, hear me out for a minute.

Highlighted OFFERS!! section submitted by expert mappers/contributors could be really helpful for people in more than one way. 

Fields related to creating an offer

For any user, when a local guide posted an offer, after going through automatic language filers (detect hate speech, swear words as such...) There will be a red dot (or a new icon) appear next to the word "UPDATE" and when a user click it, there will be a section "OFFERS" with a eye-catching colour.

I believe you are talking about the kind of updates that business owners can make.

This forum is for the volunteer local guides only. 

Business owners have their own forum and help pages.

Updates by visitors was introduced on the Android version of Google Maps App in March of this year, @TharinduDM .

Every time an Update is uploaded in a business in Maps, it can be seen in:

• The Explore section of Google Maps App, if the update is relevant to a business near you
• In the Updates section of the Google Maps App, under the Following Tab, if the update has been uploaded by one of the Local Guides you are following

The Updates by visitors section has been created for us to help the local Business, by uploading updates about the business, like "new opening hours", Discounts and Offers, or, as an example, new safety rules related to Covid.

When there is some special offer, I am used to upload a photo on that section, and to add description. So I am not sure to understand what is new in your idea. Can you please explain?

@MortenCopenhagen Yes this is kind of similar to about business owners can make but I was considering it to be like 'yeah this could get integrated with Google my business.'
@ErmesT What's new here is the highlighting part. So all local guides and non-local guides see when an offer (of the place you're looking) is beginning/end. 

True that I never (yet) tried the update section, in my idea, the updated offers has a date to appear and disappear. Update by visitors section can be used for lots of other updates but I'm saying is at the first page "overview" closer to the open/close times, if a piece of news were to be there as 'There's an offer! Ending soon!', I as a person would definitely click it to check what's that offer is. In the Offer update section, it would be easier to directly read. (the image was for confirmation). 
Is there still nothing new?

I would personally avoid to mix the business side of Maps with the Local Guides side, @TharinduDM
