Yes your point of importance of plastics in daily use and in industries is acceptable but permanent way of disposal  of plastic for recycling has to be put in place so as plastic dosent find way in environment  and cause damage to it,

This initiative will definitely reduce the plastic pollution on our mother earth. And since local guides are spread all over the world.

Kami di Kota Bogor bersama dengan Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia, Eco Village, Komunitas Peduli Ciliwung dari Bogor, Jakarta, Depok melakukan seremoni dengan memungut sampah yang ada di sungai Ciliwung, Kota Bogor.

@Anonymous Apa yang Anda katakan benar. Kita sebagai Pemandu Lokal bangga turut serta membuat perubahan dunia. Kita percaya,  aksi masif ini akan berdampak besar. 

Saya pribadi sangat berharap, setelah program Local Guides Clean The World @ErmesT selesai pada 10 bulan kedepan, program ini terus berjalan disemua sektor. Mulai dunia pendidikan, masyarakat umum,  dunia usaha dan sebagainya. Saya yakin, Local Guides dapat berperan lebih sebagai agent of change.

World Environment Day

When was the last time you stopped to smell the flowers? Tuesday, 5 June is World Environment Day and there's no better time to appreciate and enjoy the Western Australian environment.

Tuesday, 5 June 2018 is also a special day in Kings Park, as it marks the 10-year anniversary of the official opening of the Conservation Garden, located in the heart of the Western Australian Botanic Garden. The garden is part of a global conservation initiative to reduce the numbers of critically endangered plant species, specifically rare WA species.

Grady Brand, senior curator Kings Park and Botanic Garden, has overseen management and growth of the Conservation Garden over the past 10 years.
