Experience :
Last Sunday, we took an impromptu road trip from Pune to Bhor, and it turned out to be one of the most peaceful monsoon ride ever. The plan was totally spontaneous — just packed some snacks, filled up the tank, and followed the rain!
As we reached Necklace Point, the view was absolutely amazing. Lush green hills, beautiful clouds and a winding river that actually looks like a necklace from the top — nature at its best! The cool breeze and smell of wet mud made it even more refreshing.
We had breakfast at Vitthal Kamat restaurant

It was one of those perfect monsoon moments — unplanned, raw, and deeply calming.

Here’s an selection from my latest excursion during the monsoon season to Rasalgad Fort. I am sharing the location along with a glimpse of an authentic dish, Upma served on a banana leaf, which shows how elevating serving style offers a lot to our culinary culture.
