Monsoon and Malaysia

This August I visited Singapore and Malaysia. The time we visited was the start of monsoon. In Malaysia we visited the Langkawi Islands and we visited the Mangrove Forests there. The picture below is the taken in the Mangrove Forests during our boat drive through the Forests.

The onset of monsoon made the climate more enjoyable. It was an amazing experience and the nature is incredible. You can see the monsoon clouds which was very pleasant.

We got the chance for eagle watching and visit the bat caves and it was simply amazing sight of the eagles.

The picture below is taken by my daughter where you can see the eagle flying over us.

The picture below is inside the bat caves.

The above is the time-lapse video of the rain coming towards us. This post is for taking up the Monsoon Adventure Challenge floated by @DurgaK03 . The boat ride, visiting bat caves and eagle watching during monsoon rains was very very interesting.

Thanks @DurgaK03 for this challenge and compliments. I recalled my visit. Actually it was raining heavily when we visited Petronas Towers too.

Thank you very much @Ssiddharth2000 nature is at its best during monsoon. Yes there were many bats inside the cave, but we are not supposed to use flash inside the caves, hence couldn’t get pictures.
