Celebrate Mom & Pop Business Owners Day With Me

Hy Local Guides,

Today is known as Mom & Pop Business Owners Day (March 29th). On this day, I wanted to take a moment to celebrate incredible and unique small businesses that are run by Mom & Dad or as a couple in our community. These dedicated Entrepreneurs work to serve the community and also to support other small businesses too.

From my experience, these businesses take it to a next level by providing Community Spaces for customers.

How can we support these Businesses as a Local Guide?

  • Show unique and incredible Businesses run by a Mom & Dad to our community.
  • Support Women Owned Businesses, where Mom & Dad run the Business but Mom is the face of the Business.
  • Support LGBTQ+ :rainbow_flag: friendly businesses, where the businesses run by a Mom & Dad is LGBTQ+ friendly.
  • Show Accessibility Features :wheelchair_symbol: provided by Mom & Dad owned businesses.

I have been using several mom and pop shops for several decades.
I love them for the personal touch and warmth they offer.
Let me find my favorite if it is open this weekend, to take some photos @Rahul001
Excellent post and initiative + reminder to use more of these, and often :+1:
The banner is fabulous - as always.
