I propose that, as in the program rules's link, one part is devoted to solutions that help each local guide by attaching them to other local guides.

It can be an interesting idea, @Rezgar, but I dont think that a long long list of solutions can help.
In the first page of the "Accepted solutions leaderboar page" I have counted 4094 solutions (excluding Googlers, that are not counted in the leaderboard page)
The reason for marking a solution is for helping in a search, where you can see how many reply are marked as a solution for a specific query
In this way it can really help.
Of course this is simply my opinion
