Hi @IsniRosyidah29, i've moved your last post in your thread, for an easy reference. Can you better explain your problem?

Where you cannot post photos?

• Maps on desktop
• Maps on mobile
• Local Guides Connect

Which kind of problems do you find?

• Cannot find a button to post it
• I receive a message stating that the file mis too big
• The photo doesn't load
• other

Please let us know, and we will try to find a dolution.

@IsniRosyidah29 You will need to share more information with us in more detail on what you are experiencing for us to help you better. There is also 1 thing to note that the maximum size of each photo is 3MB, sometimes when we take a photo with a very high resolution camera, even my phone back camera of 12MP creates photos larger than 3MB most of the time. Although, if I do try to upload that, LG Connect will tell me the error message, so you may have a different problem. What error are you seeing?
