Hello  have a nice Saturday. 

Very strange it looks that Google  is rewiewing all my posts and some few were  removed and after apeal restored. Every 15 days happens  once.

The strange and my question it is:

My post was removed  and I was notified to apeal - what I did.

Now Google  sent me an email saying I cant  apeal ... !!!

I remember I saw a statement that appeals are possible once only for the same contribution.

If you edit or change the contribution you get another chance.

I see @MortenCopenhagen already answered your question which is nice. Perhaps it was an error to have the same post appear on connect more than once.

Anyway I'll like to let you know that I merged them together seeing it's the same post and idea. Moderators often do this to keep connect tidy and organised.

The review you show in the screenshot looks like a "general remark" or "Wikipedia" style review that we should never share. That might be the problem. Please see my post called 4 Tips on writing better reviews.

An appeal can be:

• Accepted
• Denied
• Cancelled

Appeals may be canceled if, for example, the appealed content is edited or deleted, or the Google Account becomes ineligible for an appeal.

Content removals can only be appealed once. Source: Appeal Maps user-generated content policy enforcement actions 

Regarding the last note, it is true that the content can be appealed only once, but if you edit the review you can usually appeal again, as it is considered a new review.

However I fully agree with @MortenCopenhagen about the content, that seems to be sourced online, and this is strongly forbidden:

A) it is not original, and Google Maps rely on original reviews.

B) it is a violation of the author rights

Another prohibited behaviour, @ArturVictoria , is to post the same photo in more than one place. Usually the sanction for this is (if repeat) the removal from the Local Guides program

There are a lot of duplicates and duplicates across location on your photos. Please keep in mind that time by time, when you appeal, the whole account may be checked.

Kindly, to keep your Local Guide profile safe, remove ALL the duplicate
