Hello @MiaMaria it's good to hear that you are an athelate. I don't know how adventerous you are and whether extreme altitude favours you or not but here occurs some ultra trail running events in my place. I hope you will like it.
I once had participated in half marathon that was enough to give up my running interest. 😂😂😂😂

@BishowvijayaP thanks for your comment 🙂 I participated in an ultra trail run, that's apparently one of the hardest in Germany. I wasn't prepared at all, it was half marathon distance, it was in the winter and it was with also 21 obstacles. I thought I would never make it to the finish line but I kept going. I was so feeling horrible but as it turned out I won the bronze medal.
To be honest I could not feel any emotion when I heard about it because I was still thinking I would freeze to death (the warm shower didn't help)!!
so I guess - that's also for me when it comes to ultra trails 😄
keep going and you will make it. of course Level 9 takes some time, just stick to it :))
