Remember when we dropped the ‘Save the Date’ and promised a massive celebration for the world’s largest and most active community? Well, the wait is officially over! Bringing to life our summit’s motto—संगच्छध्वं, संवदध्वं (Come together, communicate together!)—registrations are now officially open for the Namaste India Local Guides Summit '26! Get ready to pack your bags this Independence Day weekend, because we are turning that initial buzz into two unforgettable days of mapping, learning, and connection right here in Delhi.

To make this mega meet-up even more spectacular, we are absolutely thrilled to announce that @Latika_Malhotra (Product Marketing Lead (UGC)) and her team will be joining us as our Chief Guests! This is an incredible opportunity to hear directly from the team behind the tools we use every day, share your experiences, and celebrate our community’s massive impact together.

What’s the Summit Plan?
Day 1: Summit & Community Activities (August 15)

Connect & Learn: Icebreakers, panel discussions, and pro-tips on contributions (Photos, Reviews, Edits, and Accessibility!).

Action: Guided Map Walks and real-time mapping contributions.

Celebrate: Experience the cultural vibes with our Independence Day celebrations while networking with contributors from across the country.
Day 2: Delhi Exploration (Optional - August 16)

A relaxed day to bond and make live contributions!

Jump on a Hop-On Hop-Off (HOHO) Bus tour or join us for a visit to Chandni Chowk and nearby heritage areas.
(Note: All Day 2 expenses like tickets, food, and transport are self-paid ).
Registration Details
This is a self-funded community event, and we have a limited number of seats available! Confirmations are strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t wait.
