Thanks for this precious reminder and a wonderful challenge, dear @Rahul001

With 45+ museums, Pune is a haven for museum lovers like me.
I guess I have visited 10 so far, so a perfect time to list the visits.
Here’s the Google Maps List of Pune Museums.

Here’s a memory from our recent visit to the largest museum in Pune:

The best part of the museums in Pune is they are all conveniently reachable by the metro making it a breeze to explore them

Good challenge. I have visited many museum, it’s my favorite routine wherever I visit as I feel that museums are showcase of that city’s culture and people.

During my last Bengaluru visit, I viewed almost 3 museums in 2 days.
One of my favorites was India Music Experience Museum.

I personally love Indian music and looking at the historic data of music was a treat for me that I will never forget.

Cheers!

[Museums with Local Guides Challenge] – A Visit to Eskişehir Wax Museum, Türkiye

Hello everyone!
I’m happy to join this inspiring challenge by sharing my unforgettable visit to the Eskişehir Wax Museum in Türkiye.

This museum brings together lifelike representations of figures from history, science, culture, and art — all under one roof.

A few highlights from my visit:

Mustafa Kemal Atatürk – The founder of modern Türkiye, presented in a deeply emotional pose with a child.

Albert Einstein – Surrounded by books, this thoughtful figure felt almost alive.

Marilyn Monroe – So iconic and realistic, it was a favorite of many visitors.

Barış Manço & Şener Şen – Legends of Turkish music and cinema.

Levent Kırca & Oya Başar – A nostalgic tribute to Turkish theater.

Cengiz Topel & Vecihi Hürkuş – Pioneer figures in Turkish aviation.

Yaşar Kemal & İlber Ortaylı – Celebrating knowledge, writing, and wisdom.

I truly enjoyed this visit and learned so much through these detailed wax sculptures. Thank you to @Rahul001 and @NandKK for the motivation. Proud to share a glimpse of Turkish heritage with this wonderful global community.
