Celebrate Hot Chocolate Day With Me ☕🍫

Hy Local Guides, :hot_beverage::chocolate_bar:

Today is celebrated as Hot Chocolate Day (January 31st). This day is to have a cup of rich, flavourful, creamy and chocolatey drink/beverage that warms our heart. There are actually a lot of varieties of hot chocolate which depend on what ingredients are used, what flavour is added ( like peppermints ) and what type of chocolate is added like cocoa powder or chocolate chips.

Hot chocolate with chocolate syrup on top from Beatles Cafe & Grill House.

How you can celebrate this Day as a Local Guide

  • Share your favourite Hot Chocolate from a nearby Cafe or Coffee Shop.
  • Share your experience in comments or as a post.

How you can find Hot Chocolate in Google Maps

Search “Hot Chocolate near me” in the search bar of Google Maps.

Like the menu highlights I mentioned in the last post (croissant day), the result with the image will be shown as first (you can see that in the screenshot).

Share your favourite Hot Chocolate from your home or any local/nearby cafes and coffee shops.

Hot chocolate is my favorite, though like most Indians, I consume it at home mostly.

Thank you @TusharSuradkar for your valuable comment. I mostly had hot chocolate near the beach cafe and during early rainy morning. Normal biscuit and a hot chocolate is kind of good pleasant morning!

Great post @Rahul001, I really love hot chocolate the most. I don’t drink hot chocolate every day because I feel that if I start drinking it every day then the taste which I like drinking hot chocolate will not remain same so I drink it occasionally and recently when I visited Jibhi, Himachal Pradesh one very good cafe is there where I ordered hot chocolate and it was very tasty, and I will recommend everyone that whenever anyone will travel to Jibhi, himachal pradesh taste the hot chocolate of that shop

Yummy Day Indeed @Rahul001 :yum:

Love hot chocolate! Thank you for the post @Rahul001

I like my hot chocolate with more chocolate and less milk. Less sweet, and I absolutely hate adding sugar to hot chocolate. One of the best hot chocolate have had in Kerala is from Eve’s Coffee.

Bangalore also has a number of good spots. Favourite one is Smoor.

Wow. Happy to go post. I dont like chocolates very much except for this drink. When I am outside India my best option is hot chocolate. This time I had hot chocolate drink with soya milk, since they had milk with added egg. That too was good and refreshing. Thanks for this beverage post.
