I don't have too much experience about BagnaCauda, that is a recipe coming from Piemonte, (north-west of Italy) made with oil, butter, anchovies and garlic, and served like a fondue.

Personally I prefer Pinzimonio, expecially in summertime

I agree, a shower is strongly recommend after a BagnaCauda (the name literally means: hot bath), together with a couple of coffee bean to chew for a minute

Hola !! En la zona de la Cordillera de Los Andes en Argentina, es muy común la preparación de una comida de origen chileno: curanto. Su procedimiento es mys especial ya que se realiza un hoyo en el suelo y , sobre piedras calientes se colocan diferentes cortes de carne  y verduras. Luego se tapa con ramas y hojas típicas como pueden ser las hojas de nalca y por último, sobre unas telas que protegen toda la comida  echar paladas de tierra para que no se escape el calor. Al cabo de unas horas todo está en su punto justo y se puede degustar. Siempre el momento de destapar los alimentos es de gran expectativa. Generalmente se prepara para muchas personas. Lo recomiendo, es riquísimo.
