Che bello @Myrathor, anche se ha un odore terribile. Ne ho incontrato uno nel 1984 nel bosco tra Formello e Sacrofano. Non lontanissimo da te @LucioV.
Questo che ti presento adesso in Italia è chiamato Steccherino Bruno (Sarcodon imbricatus), un fungo molto brutto, commestibile ma senza nessun sapore. La sua caratteristica è il profumo fortissimo di fungo che sprigiona quando viene seccato.
Io ne raccolgo due o tre a stagione, li faccio seccare e li macino. La polvere viene utilizzata in cucina per insaporire molti primi piatti, o piatti di arrosti.
Ha un bellissimo effetto sui commensali, che percepiscono il forte odore di funghi, ma non trovano funghi nei loro piatti 😄

Hola como estan Estimados, hoy casualidad Que era un Lugar Llamado Lago Blanco y en el camino me Cruce con Estós Extraños hongos o setas Como ustedes los Llaman, sin conocer todavía generaron Que interesante Este hilo me sumo Cual aportarles algunos adj párrafo de por aqui , segun Dicen los blancos son comestibles, Pero yo por las dudas no se los comería, here ALGUNAS fotos de Ellos.

@WalterSanders Even though I only saw one, he was a big stink. While it is inedible, Asia they eat an egg before the fungus develops. Thanks for sharing.

Cantharellus Cibarius
Dalle mie parti lo chiamano Finferlo, oppure Gialletto, o anche Gallinaccio.
Un fungo buonissimo e profumatissimo, quasi impossibile da confondere, e molto facile e piacevole da raccogliere.
Cresce nei boschi all'ombra, preferibilmente sotto l'erba o il muschio. @MarieP, il cantharellus cibarius più grande l'ho trovato nel 1986, in un parco tra Macon (GA) e Atlanta.
Normalmente sulle Alpi Venete lo trovo tra i 900 e i 1800 metri di altitudine, da giugno a fine ottobre

@LucioV that clatherus archeri is a very odd-looking mushroom indeed.
I had to research it, as I had never even seen it in a photo before. It is also called "Devil's fingers" or "Octopus stinkhorn," because of its aroma.
It seems to be common in Australia and New Zealand. Now that I know that, I will be looking for it. My husband and I are visiting both New Zealand (Auckland area) and eastern Australia next month, and I will make a note to ask about this mushroom.
Maybe I can see it in the wild. If I do, I will take a photo. But I may not 🙂
