@Myrathor I think I love mushroom soup the most 🙂 Although I am happy to have mushrooms in all sorts of dishes.

Even though they are not edible, they are wonderful.

Hi @ErmesT In the Czech Republic these mushrooms pickled in vinegar and cook for. Then we put them in jars to cool. Such modified sour sponge is used as an accompaniment to sausage or just as snacks at the party.

*Smiling* at @ErmesT
In past trips when we are hiking among hills and trees I have sometimes tried to remember to photograph unusual (at least to me) flowers.
Next time I am out and taking photographs I will think of you on the ground happily cuddling near a mushroom.
It is great to see people enjoying nature 😉
Thank you 🙂

THank you @ErmesT for the advice on cooking the mushrooms.
I have not yet had opportunity to prepare and cook freshly picked mushrooms. So far all my mushrooms either I eat at a restaurant or I purchase in my local market, already cleaned. Then they only require a bit of washing.
I miss a lot living mostly in the city 🙂

@Myrathor I have never tried a pickled mushroom. I am trying to imagine the taste, with no success 🙂
