@WaweruM Packaging is awesome, you buy the crate and they deliver to your door every few weeks. The delivery service used to be in our areas all the time but sadly it isn't as popular.

Well @WaweruM, ayran is definitely far more easy to make than boza. You see, you can't make boza without boza., but I'm sure that there is a substitution that you can use. If you are willing to recreate it, I'll search for some alternatives. 🙂

Oh man, it's a journey we should take with our personall doctor and designated driver. But if I had to give one out gunpoint, that would be ice cold tsipouro w or w/o anissed, or cretan raki. Same not so different.
