How to avoid reviews from non-customer?

There local guides who rates business on Google randomly, which is will be affecting the genuine business/ service providers. How we can take care this this kind of reviews & ratings.

Of course we cannot avoid them @MaddyCoolage , but we can report them in several way:

• Reporting a single review
• Reporting a Local Guide profile on Google Maps App, if we see a general inappropriate behavior
• Here in Connect, tagging a Google Moderator
