In Urdu language ( Spoken by millions and understood by more than a Billion people on planet) we say

عید مبارک ہو

Interesting Question… Since it's a religous and regional traditional holiday, so not sure if it's the best tranlation, but pretty simila~I think.

 In Taiwan, you can say: 開齋節快樂！

In Japan, the closest concept for this holiday, might be "晴れ" の日(ha re), which is a "open sunny bright clear" concept against "ケ "(ke)~ means (close control).

So in Japanese, you can probably say: 晴れの日 おめでとう( ha re no hi o me de tou)!

Hi @OSAMA Although I have shared the greetings in my language ( Urdu) I was just exploring the online Google translator and it gives you translation in dozens of languages (most of which I do no understand)
