i am really confusion of google local guide. i went level 4. what is the use of that and what i do after earning this points

Local guides are those who love to help others &explore the world. 

This program also give perk to local guides but they come after an interval of time.

Local Guides is a volunteer program of individuals that are helping others in improving Google maps.

Points and badge are recognitions of your level of contributions. 

As this is your first post in here, i take the opportunity to give you some information:

• Explore the Forum menu, to see what the various sections are about. You will find many interesting parts regarding, for example, meet-up, or photographic technique.

• In this section we post photos enriched with our story.

• Give to the post a descriptive title

• Introduce yourself to the community, tell us about you.

As an extra tips, i would suggest you to Search the community before posting as the same subject can be already being discussed.
