I would love to visit this miraculous spritual place in future. Thank you so much for this great info @NandKK.
Jagannath = Jagat (universe /creation) + Nath (owner)
So Jagannath means owner of this whole existance.
Jay Jagannath. 😃

Really a great post @NandKK
Thanks for sharing this awesome info. Lot of thanks..!!
I have seen chariots in pictures and have never seen it directly. I loves it and always wondered about the making of it. It's quite a great task na ?😅
Also, you said planes don't fly above it. Is it really? I can't believe it. 😱😱
Once again many thanks for sharing...

Thank you @BishowvijayaP for going through my post.
Puri is a really interesting place to visit. It is also considered one among the four holiest pilgrimage (chaar dhaam) for Hindu.
Take your time and visit this sacred place for once.

Thank you @JustinAlex for going through my post.
It's really a unique and great task for the Craftsmen who works for building it. It takes almost two months for building them.
You must check "mysteries of jagannath temple". There you will find in detail about the mysteries / facts about this holy temple.
As I mentioned earlier no birds fly over the temple. No one has seen the same till date. Therefore, it is also forbidden to fly any aeroplane over the temple.
