Places without ability to edit and adding Photos and reviews

A point is already registered, but i can not upload my photos and i can not write a review.
There are plenty of places on the maps like this point.

Is it a special case and can not be edited or uploaded photos, Or has it a solution?

The place is a natural features, so it should be possible, even if it is not.

Hi @Rezgar,

I think someone add this listing during map maker program with disabling those features. These listings known as polygon (I think). In my opinion a picnic spot must have a listing where visitors can upload photos and share their experiences through reviews. 

1. Is this possible to add another POI for that spot? 
2. By using a trick we can upload photos, is this permissible?(by uninstalling the latest map version)

For your info - Most moderators are unavailable for reply on Saturdays and Sundays so you will not get a response until a weekday.

I am not clear why this particular feature cannot be edited. If you have similar features that are giving you trouble, please share some of those URLs here and the moderators and myself can dig into it further.

Hi @Rezgar,

All the items you shared with me are not available for edit by the public based on their classifications in Google Maps.  I do not believe there is any further recourse at this time for these features.
