More filters on search: Labels/tag and Area

I would like to suggest to add also a couple of more filter for filtering the search through:

• Labels/Tags, so to make it easy to search for type of post
• Country / state, so to find post from a specific area, or related to a specific area only

Good day! In the modern world, creating high-quality content is important, but it is equally important to place it correctly so that it is not lost in the thousands of new messages. We all know that the user only reads the message headers located on the first search page. The effect is known when newly received, but not very interesting messages close a very useful one. Google knows this better than me. On our forum, messages are published according to the principle “Last arrived - first in the list”, while very useful and interesting messages are drowned in “Hello World” headlines.
For a quick search for messages on a specific topic there are tags. However, on the forum, these tags are fixed by a certain set of words: Photo, travel, announcements, and so on. The user does not have the opportunity to create his own tag to personalize the search, make it targeted. For example, I created the tag "#MyPhoto Walk" and by it you can find all my posts on a specified topic, rather than flipping through lists of links in endless searches. Try to insert this phrase into the search!
My suggestion is to allow the user to edit tags, create their own to personalize the search.
