As Pride Month is just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to come together and ensure that Google Maps reflects the diverse and inclusive world we live in. We are thrilled to invite you to our virtual meetup, Mapping with Pride, a special session dedicated to making the world more accessible and welcoming for the LGBTQIA+ community.
We also recognize that inclusion has many layers. Since July is Disability Pride Month, we will be discussing how to support accessible LGBTQIA+ friendly places, ensuring safe spaces are accessible to everyone.
This meetup will be a collaborative meetup host by @Manishhh, a passionate Pride March ally from Delhi & me, a LGBTQIA+ community member from Kerala.

friendly” and "gender neutral bathrooms”. -
Accessibility & Inclusive Space: Looking ahead to Disability Pride Month - how to check for Accessibility in LGBTQIA+
friendly gems. -
Community Insight: A brief discussion on the LGBTQIA+
community and why representation on the map matters for safety and visibility.
Whether you identify as LGBTQIA+ or are a dedicated ally, your contributions help people find places where they truly belong.
