Every time I am at Bengaluru’s KSR Railway Station, I stop by the Madras Coffee House to sip their magical coffee

This is a small outlet that also serves ice creams, fresh fruit juice, and snacks.

Located conveniently right at the entrance, one cannot miss it as we check the platform for our train.

The experience was refreshing in more ways than one.

The aroma of freshly brewed filter coffee set the mood, but what stood out was their commitment to sustainability.

Instead of plastic cups, they served coffee in zero-plastic compostable cups.

The sandwiches were neatly packed in paper bags. It felt good to enjoy a quick snack knowing the outlet was consciously reducing waste.

The place may be modest, but its eco-friendly practices made the visit memorable.

This was a proof that even small businesses can lead by example when it comes to caring for the planet.

As someone from Karnataka, it’s great to see places like Madras Coffee House at KSR Bengaluru Railway Station taking eco-friendly steps. Small changes like compostable cups really matter. Proud to see this in our city!

When in Bengaluru, we can find many of their outlets all over the city, so we can visit the nearest one.
