Inspired by @Gvipin’s post Celebrating Bihar Diwas: A Land of Heritage, Culture, and Progress, I am delighted to celebrate Bihar Diwas! Bihar was separated from Bengal on March 22, 1912, during British rule. The separation was part of the administrative reorganization of Bengal, as the British found it difficult to manage the vast Bengal Presidency, which included present-day Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha. On the occasion I invite everyone to share the important day of your state and/or Country.
Here are two of my posts related to Bihar:
- Meditation Park @ Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhgaya, Bihar, India
- Butterfly Rearing Centre, Bodhgaya, India
Although I have visited Gaya multiple times, about a year ago, during my visit to Bodh Gaya, I wrote the two posts mentioned above. While waiting for my train at the railway station, I took the opportunity to explore it. I also added the Government Tourist Information Centre located outside Platform No. 1, along with a photo and a review. There are two offices related to tourism—one belongs to IRCTC, and the other to Bihar Tourism.
Continuing my support for the Spam-Free Maps initiative Make Maps Spam-Free: Join the 20th Anniversary Movement! by @Tejal and @NareshDarji, I reported photos and reviews that were unrelated to their respective locations.
However, I’m surprised that even after a year, relevant reviews for these places are still missing. What could be the possible reason for this?
