I’m Shivendra Saroj — a passionate explorer, design enthusiast, and lifelong learner based in Faridabad (Delhi NCR), India.
My Journey So Far:
Since 2008, I’ve been navigating life with a curious lens — whether it’s understanding bathroom architecture, decoding urban design, or tracing stories across Google Maps, foursquare, and India’s lesser-known destinations.
Founder | MeraBathroom Pvt Ltd
I’m the proud founder of MeraBathroom Pvt Ltd, a design-led plumbing and bathroom solutions brand. We help shape dream homes with premium European brands like Grohe, Hansgrohe, Duravit, Geberit, Stiebel Eltron and more.
But beyond business, I’m a storyteller — and Google Maps is my journal.
⸻
Why I Love Being a Local Guide:
•
I love capturing places beyond the postcard — from hidden eateries to heritage markets.
•
I decode spaces, systems & stories — from the layout of ancient forts to the vibe of modern cafés.
•
Maps aren’t just tools — they’re memory-keepers. Each pin tells a story.
⸻
My Interests:
•
Road trips with family (Jaisalmer, Rajasthan is a recent love!)
•
Technical design, architecture, water systems
•
Sustainable living, rainwater harvesting
•
Local food gems, chai addas & urban legends
•
Historical places & forgotten towns
•
Writing short reviews that inspire others to visit, respect & rediscover
⸻
My Vision as a Local Guide:
I want to go beyond stars and ratings — to build a narrative around places, making India more accessible, memorable and discoverable for all.
From Faridabad alleys to Himalayan cafes, I hope to:
•
Share honest, helpful insights
•
Create micro-videos and voice reviews
•
Connect with like-minded explorers, architects, students & dreamers
⸻
Let’s Connect!
I believe in community learning. If you’re into design, plumbing architecture, local culture, AI in construction, or travel tech — let’s build bridges and stories together.
Looking forward to discovering the world with all of you, one pin at a time.
Warmly,
Shivendra Saroj
