Yes the Dubai Frame is a very iconic structure, I’ve been many times in Dubai and I’m still fascinating for all the structures you can find around the city, and everytime I come again I find something new.

Local Guides is a volunteer program where all Local Guides are giving their contributions for free and for the passion of doing that. Being said that there is no certification or your level, and you should not aim to that but to the quality of the contributions.
