Connect is a place for you to share your experiences exploring new places—in whatever language you want. The Google Translate widget is available on every page so posts can be easily translated.

When you create a post, you can tag the language you used by clicking Add language and selecting one of the 33 language options currently available. If your post is in English, there is no need to add a language label. Please only tag a language if your post is indeed written in that language. If you put a wrong label, a Google Moderator is likely to edit it.

You can click these tags on published posts to find all the other posts that have been tagged with that language on Connect.

Looking for posts in your preferred language?

You can filter posts by language by clicking on the “Select Language” button and selecting your preferred language from the drop-down menu. If you want to remove the language filter, simply refresh the page. This option is available on all Connect pages, except the Idea Exchange and Following.
