Carnatic Cafe is a pure Veg South Indian restaurant located inside the Sunder Nursery complex. Their decor, ambience and food are quite good. One noteworthy feature of this restaurant is that all the food they serve is through 100% bio Degradable Cutlery, which includes spoons, plates, cups and small bowls. Once used, all these cutlery go into the dustbins which are located nearby. They do not use plastic in any of their cutlery.
Seeing the adverse effects of plastic use and their blatant disposal into our water resources, I believe this restaurant has started a great initiative to ditch plastic spoons and contribute to sustainable dining and environmental conservation.
Kudos to Carnatic Cafe for embracing 100% biodegradable cutlery. It’s so encouraging to see restaurants taking such positive steps towards ditching plastic.
Thanks, @Ssiddharth2000, for sharing this great example from Sunder Nursery!
