We are introducing The Bharat, an initiative designed to showcase India’s unity in diversity. As we all know, India is one of the most diverse nations in the world, with thousands of languages, cultures, traditions, foods, clothing, religions, and ethnicities.

A motherland where language changes at every kilometre, where every city and even a small section of an area is unique, but our 1.4 billion hearts are united. So the motto of this initiative is to provide a space where every Indian local guide will be united and showcase our unity.

We will encourage the local guides from all over India to join us, especially from the Northeast, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Goa, etc.

Bharat Mega Meet-up

One of the best ways to show our culture and traditional & historical places is to host a meet-up.

We will host the first-ever Bharat Mega Meet-up, which will be part of the inauguration of this initiative, where I will provide an in-depth explanation of this initiative. After this meet-up, I will encourage other local guides in India to host meet-ups under this initiative to highlight the culture of their places.

There will also be exciting activities and challenges under this initiative, which will be created by local guides in India.

This is a wonderful initiative, bringing all the Indian Local Guides contributors under one umbrella for a physical meetup. We had quite a few such initiatives in the past, including Asia One, and believe me, it has always been resourceful and fun to have such a gathering of experience-rich LGs from different corners of our large nation, with unique experiences from their own locations and work.

Fabulous idea for a meetup @Shaunak

As discussed separately, let’s include Secret Santa as part of this meetup for 20 minutes if you permit.
