Kudos, @Justine2807, for your beautiful photos. It gave us a great inspiration to see your Summer Bay clubhouse photos and remember Home and Away. We used to watch it every night, growing up as teenagers. Did you visit there recently? It's good to do stuff like that now, especially visiting the beach, as summer weather stretches into Autumn. Point Hornsby Lighthouse

The harbour is pretty cool @Justine2807 - this is my favourite spot at the heads. My favourite place to explore is Cockatoo Island for its amazing Aboriginal and industrial heritage.

The coat hanger, saily thing and the copy of Luna Park are kind of cool too...

It is a peaceful tranquil serene place to visit. I have been there many times over the years. We all used to take our children when they were younger. My eldest daughter talked of going there with her friends just the other week, so she still goes there now. 

It is a fantastic place for family and friends to have wonderful picnics. It will be an excellent place to visit when anyone comes to Australia. There were a lot of people there and usually are, it is a top tourist attraction.

I really appreciate all you do. 

The answer to your inquiry is that the Salt water is extremely good for you in so many ways. It is a natural saline solution, antiseptic that can cure many skin ailments and illnesses of many types. It is very very refreshing. Your skin feels very salty afterwards and there are fresh water showers at most beaches to rinse off under.  Have you never been swimming in salt water?
