The color of the Radicchio di Treviso, its elongated shape, the sweet and crunchy taste, make it a unique and unmistakable
Radicchio can be eaten fresh or cooked, with a huge variety of recipes
I like to cook it in the oven, with a slice of smoked ham rolled around
