Great tips @AnnaDickson. Since last year's LG Summit, I have been forcing myself to be more experimental with my iPhone 6 and have been doing many of things mentioned here to get my food photos to jump out and get noticed.
Using as much natural light, getting close to the food, and showing it "messy" (taking a bite) are key to make things look very appetizing and mouth-watering.
Cheers,
Karen
