@Kamalhasnainee I think maybe since we are adding wheelchair access, Why not make this event more of a challenge and find some real wheelchair people

and make them Wheelchair Local Guides and I 'Quote' each connect member must find a wheelchair person and post them on connect,  himmmm

Really fantastic idea but have some problem I think, it may be causes for slow working process in event time ... But we can add this extra ordinary idea as a acting part by our local guide member from us! We have to bring a wheelchair with us and have to use it in event area but it is needed to specify that we are acting like a real wheelchair person...! What about it @DavidTito, @ShafiulB

to the expression if the shoe fits, So yes I agree your suggestion is also very  valid we need 

to maintain our local Guide reputation and put our two-wheel friends in confidence

@Kamalhasnainee In the meantime while waiting for our approvals I decided to take up another notch by embroidering a wheelchair "access" My-Maps to show  everyone a little Tip I posted on Google+ on  how we could make it even more fashionable for our two-wheel friends..... each wheelchair logo I've attached a photo or Acrod sign
