I suggest to create a National and World Ranking for local guides. Where a local guide can see his rank between his/her friends, country or world...

Since many are reaching level 5 it would be nice to have a ranking based on points and contributions.

It would be good to see a ranking of Local Guide's within Google Maps i.e. the most viewed pictures, most liked pictures, most liked reviews etc. Everybody likes when things are gamified, so people would want to be the top-rated local guide. The Level's help, but there is no way to find other Level 8, 9 or 10's.

IMHO create a Local Guides ranking, by country and global, would be a stimulus for users, and it increasing the credibility of the service.

It's possible also create a ranking based on the credibility of individual users, based on the following and the likes obtained, which then differs from the simple points classification.

I feel appreciated that you considered my idea . There can be some ranks like beginner, helping hand , apprentice , Ace and some of the best Guide can become moderator who can manage all these things like responding to local reviews or checking photos are right or not etc. These ranks will show how much we can trust the photos or reviews by a person ...

Add the feature of ranking local guide in city ways also country ways. This will motivate them to contribute more. What's your opinion about it

There should be ranking of all the local guides based on their contribution and people's like and views. And top performers should get a visit to Google headquarters to share their story and motivation.
