Grouping local guides according to levels

Each level has got its own challanges. It is easy to manage between same level people. Inspiring each others will be much more easy. Checking achievements , making comments, because not everybody at the same level achieves the same results. It is easy to share tips while being at the same level. Cuz, new level means new challanges and past challanges and tips will be forgetten for helping newcomers to exactly that level that they were before.

Imho, all Local Guides are the same, @Heraksimus

Levels are only a record how much contribution they've shared on Maps. There's no difference you contribute on Level 1 or Level 11. The point  given for each contribution is still the same, how to give contribution are also the same.

So, there's no need to grouping Local Guides based on their contribution level. Except, maybe, for Connect Moderator or Guiding Stars. They are really on different level.

Lol @iorikun301

Interesting comment that even the guiding stars are on a different level.

Cheers

Of course, @SholaIB . Guiding Stars' contribution are far more superior than common Local Guides.

"...today we are announcing our 2021 Guiding Stars, the Local Guides who have gone above and beyond this year to make a difference "

(Meet our 2021 Guiding Stars ).

Otherwise, they won't crowned as Guiding Stars, and rewarded a lot of priviledges (eg. Guiding Stars gift ) etc., like having an exclusive meeting.
