@Thiruvasagam welcome.. just to point out that there is already a very active Tamil Nadu Local Guides Community and also South India Local Guides Community which are previously (now retired) part of the "Unofficial Communities of Local Guides". Join there to maximize the joint effort.

@Thiruvasagam The list was previously created and maintained by Google for different LG Communities in different geographical areas. These are existing communities. No real point creating another new G+ community covering the same area. I do suggest you and your friends join the existing one and co-contribute there.

But having said that, really, mainly, everyone should be contributing here to LG Connect. Because LG Connect is the only official WW community and Google does not "support" other online LG communities outside of LG Connect moving forward. 

Regarding your questions
