One of my favorite places to hike will be a forest reserve. There's one conveniently near my place! It helps get me to move my body, and gives me a reprieve of fresh air, and because no cell signal reaches there, lets me get away from the constant buzz of EM signal. And all the green that surrounds is quite calming.
