I lost my points and level 7 position how come?

Recently I was promoted to level 7 and got mail from Google also but today they decreased my points as well as made me back to level 6 why so??

According to local guide help forum

Points may be deducted if your contribution is determined to be in violation of our content policy Contributions that violate our policies do not count toward your Local Guides level.

Someone might be reported against your photos or reviews that might be the reason for decreasing please click on below link and read the content policy article

Maybe is a small fluctuations due to some photos flagged as"private". How much is the variation in points?

Try to check your profile in anonymous mode, to see the difference in your contributions
